2024 Cultural Workshop with Red Dust Original

Kirrawee High School was honored to welcome Wayne and Rikkii from Red Dust Original, who led an enriching cultural workshop for our First Nations students. Throughout the workshop, students gained valuable insights into Indigenous language and culture, engaging in hands-on activities such as art and weaving.

This workshop provided our students with a meaningful opportunity to connect with their heritage in an interactive and experiential setting. The chance to learn from cultural leaders like Wayne and Rikkii is something our students deeply appreciate, as it fosters a greater understanding and pride in their cultural identity.
