The Visual Arts faculty (CAPA) proudly celebrates the selection of Kischa Ajanovic's and Jade Bowen's Bodies of Work for the 2025 NSW Artexpress Exhibition.
Both works are deeply personal, capturing stories of family and self.
Kischa's drawings are so real, that the faces almost come to life, as if just taken by a camera.
Jade's self portrait drawings have been created using tiny dots of black felt tip pen on white paper and her sculpture includes a variety interesting toys and objects assembled on a wire Armitage.
We also applaud Alice Van Tol’s inclusion in the Hazelhurst CLASS OF '24 exhibition, formerly known as ArtRules. With exceptional patience and precision, Alice used a craft knife to create intricate, doily-like cutouts. Her work features three exquisite portraits, including those of her mother and sister.
Congratulations to the entire 2024 Visual Arts cohort, with special recognition to Kischa, Jade, and Alice for their outstanding achievements.
