Keep in mind, right now it is formatted for laptops and desktops, so if you do access it on your phone outside of school it might incorrectly format. We are working on that at the moment.
What is Student Forum?
First of all, Student Forum is for students. It is a program run and managed by the student leaders, to directly work with all students at the school. It is an outlet for all students in and out of student leadership to have a voice within the school. Allowing you to get into contact directly with your leadership team, propose ideas for the school, inform the school others of things you're passionate about, and so much more. Student forum meetings will start soon, and all students will be able to come to those to pitch ideas and discuss changes or initiatives you want for KHS. Or, for those who'd prefer to send in ideas or make contact online, the website has numerous pathways for you to do so!
What is available on the website?
- Student news - with peer submitted content (all students can submit something to be placed on the student news section - e.g. petitions, events your footy team are running outside of school, personal news columns, etc)
- The KHS Weekly - A newsletter run by your leadership team to keep you up to date with everything happening in the fortnight (First edition to run soon - TBA)
- Clubs schedule - a time table of everything happening at recess and lunch such as clubs (sports to be added soon)
- Club submission - where you can submit applications for a club to be run at school
- Contact point - where anyone can pitch an idea for the school or get in contact with a leader - we are here to hear you
The 2023 leadership team would love to hear from you all, to try and help every student achieve what they wish to at KHS.
