Sutherland Shire Public Speaking Competition

KHS students from Years 8, 9 and 10 competed this month in the Sutherland Shire Public Speaking Competition at St John Bosco College Engadine. Ella McPherson, Tiana Bishara, Taylor Harding, Olivia Mustapic, Margarita Pavlenko and Caitlyn Whitbread competed in two sections; a prepared speech and impromptu. Always a nail biter, the competition was tough but the KHS Team did great; with Tiana, Taylor and Olivia making it through to Round Two to be held in Term 4.
