NSW CHS GYMNASTICS

The NSW Gymnastics Championships were held at the Hunter Sports Centte from Tuesday 2nd to Thursday 4th August.

Three students from Kirrawee HS were selected int the Sydney East Team to compete at the championships.  Unfortunately Charlotte Wong of Year 9 was unable to compete due to injury so we were representated by Annabelle Wong and Maddi Harrop of Year 7.

Annabelle competed in the Division B competition and Maddi competed in the Division D division.  These division are based on the the current levels the girls are competing at.

Both girls achieved amazing results winning a CHS Gold Medal.

Annabelle's Sydney East team won GOLD.  She also won the overal individual GOLD and GOLD on the Beam and Bars.

Maddi's Sydney East team also won GOLD in the teams competition.

Well Done girls.  We look forward to watching your gymnastic careers through the next few years.
