Our Year 7 students had an incredible day on Friday, venturing through Bundeena and Bonnie Vale to put their geography skills into action! As part of their studies on liveability, they explored what makes a suburb a great place to live.
Through guided walks and hands-on investigations, students assessed key factors such as transport accessibility, available amenities, green spaces, and the overall sense of community. They observed local infrastructure, considered environmental sustainability, and even gathered data to support their findings.
This real-world learning experience allowed students to connect classroom knowledge with their surroundings, deepening their understanding of how geography shapes everyday life. Well done, Year 7!
