2024 Zone Swimming Carnival

The 2024 Zone Swimming Carnival was held at Sutherland Pool on Monday 4 March.

We had a large team of 57 students representing KHS in individual events and relays.

While we again had many amazing individual performances it was the success of our relay teams that made us again victorious - being named Sutherland Zone Champion School again in 2024.

We also had one record broken, congratulations to 

Tristan Grueninger - 16B 100m Breaststroke 

All individuals who have placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd will now represent the Sutherland Zone at the Sydney East Carnival on Monday 11 March at SOPAC.  We congratulate all all our swimmers progressing to this level and wish them good luck at the region carnival.  

Thank you to Mr Williamson, Mr Edwards and Ms Fawer for attending the carnival to support our students.  Our year 10 PASS students were also in attendance acting as officials in the role of  timekeeping.  These carnivals could not run without this support so we thank these students for their assistance.
