Amidst an atmosphere buzzing with excitement and nerves, our Year 6 students delved into their Year 7 orientation day, filled with valuable experiences. The day kicked off with introductions to key staff members for 2024, fostering a sense of familiarity and support for the long journey ahead.
But that was just the beginning! Peer support took center stage as our future Year 7's were paired with knowledgeable Year 10 students. This connection allowed for guidance, camaraderie, and insights into navigating the new academic landscape.
Additionally, faculty immersion lessons provided a glimpse into the fascinating subjects awaiting exploration. From Science to French, Drama to Technology, students got a taste of the diverse and enriching educational opportunities on offer.
As our Year 6 cohort transitions into Year 7, they are well-equipped with a supportive network, newfound knowledge, and excitement for the adventures awaiting them in the upcoming year!
