We are absolutely thrilled to share the incredible achievements of our outstanding CAPA teacher, Ms. Carla Cherrie!
In a double dose of success, we are overjoyed to announce that Kirrawee High School's Year 12 dance prodigy, Annaliese Mustapic, has clinched the top spot in the state for Dance in this year's HSC!
But the accolades don't stop there! Ms. Cherrie, our phenomenal Dance teacher, has recently been awarded 3rd place in the prestigious Australasian Dance Education Awards. These awards recognize the dedication and hard work of dance educators, and Ms. Cherrie's achievement is a testament to her unwavering commitment to dance education.
Ms. Cherrie maintains an exceptional standard, consistently achieving high results in the HSC. Her influence extends beyond the classroom, as she collaborates with NESA and the Department of Education to enhance teaching standards and resources, ensuring a brighter future for dance education.
Not just a teacher, but a mentor to her peers, Ms. Cherrie generously shares her knowledge and passion. She is the creative force behind some of the choreography seen at Regional and State dance festivals and regularly contributes and supports our dancers who feature regularly in School Spectacular and Southern Stars.
Her kindness, generosity, and excellent interpersonal skills make Ms. Cherrie a beloved figure among students and colleagues alike. Her unique choreographic style sets her apart, leaving an indelible mark on the world of dance education.
