Access to School via electric gate

We are installing an electronic carpark and pedestrian gate at the front of the school. The purpose is to allow the school to monitor unauthorised access and egress to the school. It will provide an added layer of protection for students and staff.

For parents needing to pick up sick children or who have an appointment with the school, you will be able to use the intercom at the gate for access. For special nights like parent-teacher, or P&C the gates will be opened in the override position for the function. Access through the pedestrian gate is the same as the driveway.

The gates are monitored by cameras that record 24/7. The footage is secured and accessible to School Security and School Senior Executive. School security has also installed a camera in the reception waiting area and the screen in this location displays what is being recorded in the waiting area.
