Reconnect Group - Year 10 Girls

The Reconnect Program is a counselling service run by counsellors from a branch of the Salvation Army. They have developed a wellbeing group program to cater to the needs of students at Kirrawee High School. This group engages a small group of year 10 girls and provides a space for them to grow and build their toolkit to manage and deal with the stresses of life. It will run on Thursday, period 3 for 4 weeks (weeks 5-8) and each week will have a different focus (anxiety, self esteem, social conflict and emotion regulation). 

Venue:  KHS The Loft

Dress Code:  Full school uniform.

Food:  Bring food and water as you would usually do during a normal school day

Educational Outcomes:  Develop skills and strategies to manage wellbeing though life stresses.
