Helping out at school is a great way to get involved in your child’s education as well as get to know the staff and other parents and carers.
Research shows that children benefit when their parents or carers are actively involved in their education and school life.
You can help by:
- volunteering on sports days
- helping supervise excursions
- getting involved in fundraising activities
- joining school committees.
Volunteers
Kirrawee High is the exclusive outlet for all uniform and is owned and managed by the P&C. This ensures the community maintains control and the standards of how students will be attired at this school. Any profit goes directly to the educational needs of students rather than to commercial outlets. To maintain a viable Uniform Shop we rely on parent/carer volunteers and the superb work that has always been done in satisfying the uniform needs of our school community.
