Sports and Business Open Day 2025

Sports Education Development Australia (SEDA) in partnership with the Cronulla Sharks have teamed up to conduct an Open Day for students exploring a career in the sports and business industry.

Students will have the opportunity to learn about the study pathways into sports and business careers, including the SEDA study programs who work in partnership with a range of sporting organisations.

Parents will need to organise their child's transport to  the venue and then to return to Kirrawee High to attend their regular classes. Students should return for Period 4 and 5 (if timetabled).

Venue:  Sharks Leagues Club (461 Captain Cook Drive, Woolooware New South Wales 2230)

Transport:  Parents will need to make arrangements for their child to and from the venue.

Students will return to Kirrawee High School and attend their regular classes.

Dress Code:  Full school uniform.

Food:  Students must provide their own food and water as there will be no opportunities to purchase food.

Students are to Bring:  A pen or pencil and a notebook.

Educational Outcomes:  This excursion will allow students to see what a Sports and Business pathway can look like and what jobs they can lead to.

Students will be supervised by the Kirrawee High School Careers Advisor.
