2025 Kirrawee Komae Exchange Program.  Cost to be confirmed.  This is purely a consent to attend note.

Cost:  $5200.00  estimate

Venue:  Japan

Additional Information:   The total cost of the program is $5200. This is costed based on 93 Japanese Yen to 1 Australian Dollar. The travel agent package will be re-costed closer to departure and any changes will be communicated to parents and carers immediately.

The deposit of $300 is due by Friday March 28.

Then:
- Instalment 1 $1700 will be due Monday May 5.
- Instalment 2 $1600 will be due Monday June 2.
- Instalment 3 $1600 will be due Monday July 7.
All amounts are non-refundable.

A teacher levy is applied per student, which is incorporated into the above overall cost. This is to cover the cost of the accompanying teachers' travel, accommodation and daily costs. An exact figure with a complete breakdown will be provided in future communication.

As this trip requires liaising with various companies, it is important that the above payment schedule is strictly adhered to. As this is an optional experience, any outstanding school fees must be settled to be eligible to participate in this year’s program.

Summary of key dates:

- May 5, June 2, July 7: Payment instalments due.
- July 4: All paperwork, including passport copies due. Non-negotiable.
- July 30 – August 10: Komae visit.
- November 12-28: Japan travel dates.
- November 29 2026: Passport must be valid until this date.

Inability to provide any of the Department-specific documentation by the July 4 deadline will forfeit your place on the trip automatically.
