The NRL School to Work Program supports First Nations students to complete their schooling and transition into further education or employment.
This program is open to Year 11 and 12 students, who will receive mentoring in small groups and individually. Activities they will be engaged in include career planning and mentoring, application of employment and education opportunities, and cultural and community connections. A full list is found on the attached (PDF) NRL S2W Information for Schools.
The first session will be held next week on Wednesday 15th of March from 2:00 - 3:00 pm in the Library. Future mentoring sessions will occur every 3 - 4 weeks as it fits with the school timetable and student activities.
If you cannot attend this first session but would like to find out more and engage in this program, please contact Mrs Donohoe (Science Faculty).
