Please note, all payments are non-refundable.

- Installment 1 $300, due Monday June 5
- Installment 2 $1750, due Monday July 3
- Installment 3 $1750 , due Monday August 7
- Installment 4 $1700, due Monday September 4

There is a teacher levy of $1175 applied per student, which is incorporated into the above overall cost. This is to cover the cost of the necessary substitute teachers, as well as travel, accommodation and daily costs of the accompanying teachers.

As this trip requires liaising with various companies, it is important that the above payment schedule is strictly adhered to.

As this is an optional experience, any outstanding school fees must be settled to be eligible to participate in this year’s program.

If you do not have a current passport, please ensure you lodge a passport application as soon as possible. Copies of passports will be due to the travel agent by September 1.

There will be a mandatory information evening Wednesday June 21 6-7:30pm in the library. This will be an opportunity for us to go through all the information, answer your questions and complete required paperwork.

Please also note that we do have a waiting list for this year’s program. If you are unable to participate for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
