Year 7 Aquatics Safety Day

YEAR 7 AQUATICS DAY

where: Sans Souci leisure centre

when: Wednesday 14th December

time: All students will attend KHS for 8.45am roll call. Dismissed from KHS at 3pm.

transport: All students to catch a bus from KHS and return to school by bus.

cost: $13. Covers bus hire and pool entry. Students will be invoiced.

uniform: Students to wear PE/SPORT uniform and bring appropriate swim attire. Rash shirts are recommended.

Note:

The School Sport Unit Code of Conduct is attached. This document will be discussed with year 7 at a year meeting but if parents/carers could also please read the standards that KHS expects from its students.

Students must make a genuine effort to catch up any school work missed as a result of attending this excursion. 

By given permission 

I acknowledge that this event/activity is required to be held in accordance with any current NSW Health COVID-19 Public Health Orders and the NSW Department of Education's policies and procedures. I acknowledge and accept that there is a risk that my child may be exposed to COVID-19 whilst attending and participating at this event. 

I confirm that my child will not attend if displaying any symptoms of illness, and/or if directed to isolate under public health orders.

This excursion is being conducted with the permission of the Principal.
