Venue: Don Lucas Reserve and Dunningham Park Cronulla

Transport: Bus
Time: Leave school at 8:15am, Return to school at 1:00pm.
Cost: N/A.
Supervising Teacher/s: Mr Scott, Mr Brown and Ms Fellas
What to bring/Equipment Required: Water bottle.
What to wear: School Uniform
Return to class instructions (if the excursion is not for the whole day): Students will be required to attend part of 4 and all of period 5.
Students must make a genuine effort to catch up on any school work missed as a result of attending this excursion.
By given permission
I acknowledge that this event/activity is required to be held in accordance with any current NSW Health COVID-19 Public Health Orders and the NSW Department of Education's policies and procedures. I acknowledge and accept that there is a risk that my child may be exposed to COVID-19 whilst attending and participating at this event.
I confirm that my child will not attend if displaying any symptoms of illness, and/or if directed to isolate under public health orders.
I accept responsibility for the transport arrangements of my child to and from this event.
This excursion is being conducted with the permission of the Principal.
