Schools Spectacular Combined Dance Initial Permission 2025

By accepting your position in the Schools Spectacular Combined Dance Team you are committing to each and every date and performance. Some rehearsals will extend past 5:00pm and most performances will extend past 9:00pm. 

Please print the attached Consent Form and return to Mrs Cherrie in the CAPA staffroom.

Please select your T-shirt Sizes. I have attached the sizing guide.

Cost: $150.00

Venue: Qudos Bank Arena (19 Edwin Flack Avenue Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127), Netball Central (2 Olympic Blvd, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127)

Transport:  The $150 payment up front is for costume, Spec T-Shirt and prop.

Transport to the event will be a combination of Train and Bus. Payment details and specific information will be communicated closer to each rehearsals/performance.

Additional Information:  Unfortunately if you can not make ALL of the rehearsals or performances you will have to forfeit your position. This is extremely important as it makes the choreographers job very hard when students miss rehearsals.
