Kirrawee High School acknowledges that for authentic engagement and meaningful connection with First nations perspectives is to be achieved, a deep connection to cultural context, school and local communities and curriculum must be formed. KHS ensures that these opportunities for learning and connection are made available to all students both in the context of teaching and learning and social, academic and cultural experiences.

Our First Nations students are supported to reach their personal goals through a comprehensive mentoring program with our First Nations Student Contact and Head Teacher Student Engagement including the creation of PLPs which support cultural and academic goal identification and attainment.
